Product Description

Electronic fiber cloth, also known as electronic grade Fiber Glass cloth, is a product woven from electronic grade Glass Fiber yarn (yarn made of E glass fiber). Characteristics of this material include insulation, high strength, high heat resistance, high flame resistance, and good electrical properties and dimensional stability. Electronic Grade Fiberglass Cloth is a key basic material in the electronics industry and is widely used in a variety of electronic devices because of its unique properties. Its production process involves smelting minerals such as quartz sand, limestone, pyrophyllite and chemical raw materials such as soda ash, boric acid into glass, and then drawing it into fibrous materials in the molten state. These monofilaments can be combined into fiberglass strands by twisting and paralleling, and then spun into fiberglass yarn, and finally woven into Fiberglass Cloth.


Electronic grade fiberglass cloth has high mechanical strength, can withstand large stretching and extrusion forces, and is not easily damaged. During the assembly and transportation of electronic products, they may be affected by external forces.
